An international business man invested £2million into their start-up. Was unfamiliar with the UK environment so I was appointed the role and responsibility of building a team. I personally lead on the hiring from 2 people to 10, and eventually to 35 staff members over the course of 18 months.
I started up my own creative agency and went through the process of renovating my own office and hiring my very first PA back in 2016. This experience taught me the value of direct interviews, managing people and growing a business.
I advised a Fin-tech on UX and UI; but 6 weeks into the project I took over on the communication on the London based Fin-Tech and their outsource firm. The outsource software firm has over 400 staff members and my role was to project manage and communicate between the offshore and UK team on weekly sprints.
